Pricing & investment
Price against operational value, not just line items.
The right question is not only what a new system costs, but what delayed responses, manual checking and unrecorded activity may already be costing. Here is how CareBell is priced and what affects it.
What you are investing in
Five components. Most homes need some, not all.

Handheld button, wall-mounted button and bathroom pull cord.
From £230 per room, one-off

Included in your proposal
All prices exclude VAT. Indicative starting prices; your proposal confirms the exact figures.
What affects the price
A review establishes these before any proposal, so the number you receive reflects your home rather than a generic package.
- Number of homes, rooms and beds
- Which alert sources you already have and which are new
- How many existing systems need connecting
- Number of staff devices and whether they need managing
- Wi-Fi coverage and any infrastructure work required
- Training and launch support needs across shifts
Worked example
A worked example for a typical care home (setup, hardware, subscription and support over a defined period) will be published once real figures are approved. Cost-saving and payback claims are not published without a defined methodology.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Many operators begin with a single home or unit, measure the change, then extend. The platform is priced per room so it scales with you.
Installation is quoted after an operational review, because it depends on your building, Wi-Fi coverage and what is being connected versus replaced.
Contract terms are agreed in your proposal. We offer flexible arrangements for homes and groups of all sizes.
Not automatically. Compatible existing systems can often be connected to CareBell, which usually costs less and disrupts less than replacement.
