When you book a review or contact us we collect your name, job title, work email, telephone number, organisation, the size of your care operation, details of your current systems and your stated priorities. We also record the page you enquired from and any campaign reference.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct an operational review, and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and consent where you have given it.
Data roles for CareBell customers
Where a care home uses the CareBell platform, the care provider is the data controller for resident and staff information processed by the platform and HB Hi-Tech acts as processor under a written agreement. [Data hosting, retention and access-control details to be inserted.]
Your rights
